Is this a rice cake or a cake? I found a new big cake at a convenience store that looks exactly like a rice cake! It really caught my eye because it had pretty colors, like a rainbow rice cake for a first birthday party. I was curious about the taste so I bought it. It’s about the size of a brick, but the price is cheap.
It’s enough to feed one or two people, so I’m very satisfied. It’s a rainbow rice cake, but there are three colors. It is a three-layer cake stacked in layers. There is a plastic knife attached to the side of the cake for easy cutting. I really like this kind of detailed consideration.

Injeolmi cake… I think it’s going to be super savory! I like legumes, so I love injeolmi and soy milk too! So, once I found out about Injeolmi cake, I couldn’t stop buying it! The number of calories is 336 kcal. The top part is filled with injeolmi rice cake and soybean powder, and the middle part is made up of moist sheets and sweet red bean cream!!

A new rice cake cake I found at the CU convenience store! It’s called Choco Syrup Rice Cake! As the product name suggests, Choco Syrup Rice Cake is a square cake reminiscent of sirutteok! It really looks like rice cake! I went to buy some simple bread, but it was the biggest size of all the breads, so I couldn’t help but notice it! But because it contains chocolate, the calories are enormous. Still, since I like sweet things, I couldn’t give up and ended up buying it.
This is a chocolate cake shaped like a rice cake in a visual frame! There is a little bit of sediment mixed in. The visual is reminiscent of real steamed rice cake. The built-in knife cuts smoothly. As I was cutting it, all I could think about was wanting to eat it quickly. It’s chocolate powder on top, but it looks like red bean powder on rice cake, right? I feel like I am enjoying the rice cake and cake feeling.
The chiffon part is definitely not moist and sticky, but it is moist and chewy in a good way. I was surprised that it was much tastier than I expected! It’s cheap, especially for this size and this price. The amount of cream was layered three times, so I liked it because it didn’t feel sticky even when I ate it with the bread! Once you start, it’s a breeze! I definitely intend to repurchase this product.

I really liked it because it didn’t feel like light chiffon, but rather a slightly moist + firm sheet! To be honest, I don’t know the taste of rice cake, but I recommend it as it is a chocolate cake that is good to eat when the sugar level is low. It’s easy to share, the price is cheap, and it tastes good, so it’s a pass! If you like cake with chocolate, I recommend giving it a try.
