Today, I would like to recommend instant tteokbokki with just the right amount of fried food. I like instant tteokbokki (tteokbokki that is cooked right when you order). The rice cakes are moderately chewy, and the broth is not too thick and I think it’s just right. The taste of the snack bar that I remember~! I’m not that old yet, so I don’t think I’ll be able to feel that taste of memories.

GS25’s instant tteokbokki requires a long microwave cooking time. 2~3 minutes NO NO! 4 minutes for store use (1000W), 5 minutes for home use (700W). It’s 418g, and considering the calories aren’t listed, it’s expected to be quite a bit high in calories. But I think the expiration date of instant tteokbokki is about a week. At this rate, it would be a good idea to buy one in the refrigerator.

There are various things on the packaging. Gochujang sauce in the bag and parsley on the lid! When I scraped the red pepper paste sauce, it was scratched. The composition is very clear. It seems to be excellent for its price. It consists of noodle rice cake, tteokbokki rice cake, small rice cake (sliced rice cake?), fish cake seaweed roll, fried dumpling, cheese, cabbage, parsley, etc. From fries to cheese, is this value for money?

This is a photo before using the microwave. There isn’t a lot of cheese, but considering the price and composition, I think there is enough cheese. You need to add additional water to this product!! You can’t just turn it. I poured it just up to the line so you can’t see the line,,,, just put in that much.

This doesn’t work just by adding water and microwaving it. It was orange in color and when I looked at the bottom, the sauce had sunk. You have to stir the sauce at the bottom quickly. After using the microwave, it seems like the amount of cheese was less than I expected. However, the visual is very good. It looks even more appetizing when taken from the side. I think it wasn’t very noticeable because the fish cake and cheese were similar colors.

Seaweed roll~ This is my favorite fried food when eating tteokbokki. If you eat it with plenty of sauce, it’s JMT! Noodle Tteokbokki! Personally, I think the noodles taste better than regular tteokbokki rice cakes. Personally, I recommend those who like tteokbokki to try it.

Yesterday, I tried Mark Jeongsik, a convenience store combination recipe, and I can see why it is so popular. It’s really simple to make, but it’s delicious, so I think I’ll often eat it as a convenience store combination recipe. At first, when I didn’t know the meaning of Mark Jeongsik, I wondered if I was eating the dish in Jeongsik style.
Making Instant Tteokbokki
Mark’s official recipe is a recipe made by mixing spaghetti cup ramen, convenience store tteokbokki, string cheese, and sausage, and I enjoyed it among the best combinations at the convenience store. The cheese went on and on, the combination of tteokbokki and ramen was good, and it was fun to chew the sausage in between. If you go to a convenience store, be sure to remember the convenience store cup ramen tteokbokki dish that I told you about today and try making it.

While I was at a convenience store to buy recipe ingredients, I picked up a few more things that caught my eye. I brought my favorite fried chicken noodles, tonkotsu ramen, and chodang corn coffee. I also bought triangle gimbap to eat with the cup ramen and tteokbokki combination dish. I bought this to have Chodang Corn Coffee for dessert after eating Mark’s set meal. This was delicious. The first taste was like Chodang Corn, but the final taste was bitter and had a unique coffee taste. There’s a promotion going on right now, so I’ll stop by again soon and buy a few more to stock up on. The Jeju Milk strawberry sandwich was also enjoyed by my first child, who said it was delicious.

The original recipe only used string cheese, but I added a slice of cheddar cheese at the end. Although cheddar cheese is not in the picture, the convenience store combination was much more delicious with the addition of string cheese and cheddar cheese. It’s a simple combination that takes only a few minutes to make, but I was worried because the cooking time for tteokbokki and cup ramen was different, with tteokbokki taking 2 minutes and 30 seconds and cup ramen taking 4 minutes. I was even more worried because I don’t like ramen getting swollen.

I seriously calculate my time to enjoy the convenience store tteokbokki and cup ramen combination dish as much as possible. Haha. Since I don’t like my ramen getting swollen, I wanted to make it as soft as possible, so I opened all the ingredients and added them all. Then I poured water into the cup ramen. And immediately cook the tteokbokki in the microwave. The cooking time for tteokbokki is 2 minutes and 30 seconds, but since I had to mix all the ingredients and cook it for another minute, I only cooked it for 2 minutes.

As soon as the tteokbokki was finished cooking, I discarded the spaghetti water and mixed the sauce. Although the noodles were a little sticky, it was okay because I would put all the ingredients in and microwave it one more time. Put sausage on top of spaghetti noodles. Place tteokbokki and string cheese in that order. As I was tearing open the string cheese, I suddenly remembered the cheddar cheese I had in the refrigerator, so I immediately put it on top. Mark’s official recipe is completed by stacking the ingredients one by one and then placing it in the microwave for another minute to melt the cheese.

It’s still Tuesday… I wish it was Friday~ Today, my nephew said he wanted to eat Pinkfong Tteokbokki that was in the cupboard last night!! I went beyond the traditional microwave cooking method and tried boiling it myself! Please take a look at what it tasted like! First of all, there is a cute Pink Fong and Baby Shark Olly on the cover~ ^^ This is a tteokbokki cup that catches the attention of children! As for the vegetables in the background, my nephew is looking at the vegetables that he cut up with a baby knife after telling me that he was having a hard time. In the end, he added them to the tteokbokki!! Eat what you cook for yourself!

Making Instant Tteokbokki
In fact, this cute and simple tteokbokki is an instant cooking food. All you have to do is put the included ingredients + 30ml of water in the microwave and you’re done. However, when it comes to tteokbokki, I prefer instant tteok where you eat the super hot soup!!!
I tried an adventure once~

To Make

1. Wash the rice cake with water.
2. Please add the enclosed dried vegetable soup + Jjajang sauce + any vegetable scraps you have at home! As for water, I think… I recommend about 60ml. Add all the included vegetable toppings and Jjajang sauce, and add any other ingredients you want. I added fish cakes, carrots, mushrooms, and green onions! I added 120ml of water and had to season it with soy sauce and sugar… I think it would be good to have about 30ml x 2 = 60ml of water.
3. Completed! Instant Tteokbokki
Sweet Jjajang Tteokbokki is complete! I think it tasted better because the rice cake absorbed the seasoning as it was boiled. If you added a lot of water, you can cook it in large quantities by adding black bean paste powder if you have it. If you don’t have black bean paste, you can add the amount of soup soy sauce or dark soy sauce to the existing seasoning sauce and add sugar or oligosaccharide^^
I hope you have a delicious dinner today and be happy!
